Fundación para la gestión de la investigación Biomédica de Cádiz busca incorporar a un profesional con formación en Medicina o campos afines y experiencia en técnicas inmunoensayo y citometría de flujo. Se valorará experiencia en muestras biológicas humanas y en análisis de biomarcadores.

La posición es a tiempo completo y se ubicará en Cádiz, con enfoque en investigación biomédica, HIV/infecciosas, o inflamación.

Formación

• Se requiere capacidad en técnicas inmunoensayo (ELISA, multiplex) para cuantificación de proteínas/biomarcadores.
• Experiencia en citometría de flujo, preferentemente para caracterización de poblaciones inmunes en sangre.
• Experiencia en extracción y análisis de ácidos nucleicos.
• Manejo, procesamiento y almacenamiento de muestras biológicas humanas (sangre, plasma, suero, orina).

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in immunoassay techniques (ELISA, multiplex assays, or other platforms for protein and biomarker quantification).
• Demonstrable experience in flow cytometry, preferably in the characterization of immune cell populations in peripheral blood.
• Demonstrable experience in nucleic acid extraction and analysis.
• Experience in the handling, processing, and storage of human biological samples (blood, plasma, serum, urine, etc.).

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in biomedical research laboratories working on projects related to HIV, infectious diseases, cardiovascular risk, hypertension, or chronic inflammation.
• Experience in the assessment of immune activation markers using flow cytometry.
• Research experience at nationally or internationally renowned research institutions.
• Participation in research projects funded through competitive public calls at national, regional, and/or international level.
• Scientific publications in indexed journals (JCR/Scopus) related to HIV, cardiovascular risk, hypertension, inflammation, or biomarkers.
• Proficiency in office software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and statistical analysis software (SPSS, GraphPad Prism, R, or similar).
