Alter Domus, a leading provider of integrated solutions for the alternative investment industry, is seeking a Technology Procurement lead in Madrid. You will own the end-to-end sourcing, including spend analysis, RFPs, bid assessments and negotiations with global vendors.

The role focuses on software, SaaS, cloud, and IT services, driving cost efficiency and supplier value. Reporting to the Head of Technology Procurement, you will collaborate with Finance, Legal, Risk and regional teams to

Formación

• 5-10 years’ experience in procurement roles, ideally within financial or professional services.
• Strong knowledge of technology – software and SaaS, cloud and infrastructure, IT and managed services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end sourcing activity including spend and market analysis, RFP preparation, bid assessment and supplier negotiation.
• Apply commercial acumen to secure best total value and cost of ownership across licensing and subscription models.
• Build and maintain robust supplier relationships and manage spend for technology categories.
