Offer Description

Manage and assistance of research with questionnaires for surveys, collection and analysis of individual data on social networks and online browsing. Assistance in field experiments. Analysis of causal inference and modelling of relationships between variables of theoretical interest.

Gross salary per year: 20.034,28 €

The application period is from 8 to 22 October, both inclusive.

Experience in the use of R or Python, ideally through some research assistance. Training in quantitative methods applied to the social sciences, statistics, conducting experiments. Level C1 of English will be valued, for example, through international academic stays and university training in this language. Excellent grades in subjects in which the candidate needs training to carry out the tasks to be carried out in the project (e.g. information and communication technologies and political processes, quantitative methods applied to the social sciences, research design). Experience in carrying out research work on the subject of the project and in experiments, coordination of fieldwork of surveys and quantitative data analysis will be valued.

Specific Requirements

Additional Information

Eligibility criteria

The selection is made through theevaluation of the curriculum, with an overall score of zero (0) to ten (10) points. The minimum score is five (5) points. The evaluation criteria are the following:

• Suitability of the candidate to the main function to be carried out
• Curricular experience
• Professional knowledge and skills
• Communication skills and motivation.

The tribunal, in its constitutive session, assesses the CVs of the candidates presented.

Selection process

A resolution of adjudication is issued to the person who, having passed the selection procedure, obtains the highest score and publishes the prioritised list of applicants who have passed the selection process, indicating the scores obtained, for subsequent recruitment, if necessary.

Additional comments

Duration of the contract of employment: 14 months, renewable up to 31/12/2027.

The candidate proposed for hiring must accept the job offer within 5 working days from the date of notification of the selection.
