T-Systems is seeking a Technical Training Expert for T Cloud Public to design and deliver trainings, workshops and enablement sessions. You will translate complex cloud architectures into practical knowledge for customers, partners and internal teams.

The role requires German and English fluency, cloud proficiency and collaboration with Product Management, Presales and Engineering. A hybrid work model and continuous learning opportunities are offered.

Formación

• Completed studies in computer science, engineering or comparable professional training.
• 3–5 years in IT, ideally in cloud, training, consulting or architecture roles.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and architectures (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Deep knowledge of T Cloud Public or comparable cloud platforms.
• Fluency in English and German.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver technical trainings, workshops and enablement sessions for customers, partners and internal teams.
• Explain complex cloud architectures, concepts and T Cloud Public services in a clear and structured way.
• Develop and maintain training materials, hands-on labs and certification content.
• Enable customers and partners to design and implement architectures based on T Cloud Public.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Presales and Engineering to ensure up-to-date content.
• Support onboarding and continuous learning journeys for different target groups.

• Completed studies in computer science,engineeringor comparable professional training
• 3–5 years of professional experience in IT, ideally in cloud, training,consultingor architecture roles
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and architectures (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Deep knowledge ofT Cloud Publicor comparable cloud platforms (e.g.AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Ability to explain complex technical topics to different audiences (from beginner to architect level)
• Experience in designing and delivering technical trainings,workshopsor enablement formats
• Strong presentation and moderation skills
• Experience with OpenStack, containers,networkingand infrastructure concepts is a plus
• High customer orientation andstrong communicationskills
• Practice with agile methods, developmentprocessesand modern toolchains
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Fluency in German (Must)
