A global technical services provider is seeking a candidate to elevate productivity and expertise within workshops and dealer networks in Madrid. This role involves managing Warranty and Technical Support Projects, conducting audits, and fostering team cohesion. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience as a Mechanical or Electromechanical Technician, with team leadership training. Proficiency in Spanish and English is essential, along with a willingness to travel frequently.
To elevate the productivity and technical expertise across the assigned workshop and dealer network by ensuring standardized adoption of digital tools and efficient processes, thereby driving measurable improvement in key performance indicators (KPIs) and fostering the continuous professional growth of local technical teams.
