Hostinger is seeking a Technical SEO Lead based in EU to ensure the organic foundation is solid and scalable. The role includes leading technical audits, overseeing domain migrations, and building a technical SEO roadmap aligned with business goals.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience in technical SEO on large websites, deep expertise in SEO methodologies, and proficiency with tools such as GSC and Ahrefs. The position offers flexibility in a dynamic company culture.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on technical SEO on large, complex websites with a track record of diagnosing and shipping fixes.
• Experience with multi-locale SEO at scale.
• Deep expertise in crawlability, indexation, site architecture, structured data, Core Web Vitals, JS rendering, hreflang, and multilingual SEO.
• Experience leading pre- and post-migration audits and preventing breakages.
• Commercially minded with the ability to prioritize by business impact.
• Confident collaborating with engineering teams to scope tickets, validate fixes, and explain trade-offs.
• Experience building technical SEO automations with Python, API integrations, or workflow tools.

• Integrate SEO QA into pre- and post-launch workflows to prevent regressions.
• Design and maintain technical SEO automations using GSC API, DataForSEO MCP, and n8n.

Your role at Hostinger

Hostinger operates at real scale — millions of pages, dozens of locales, products launching constantly, and an engineering team that moves fast. Technical SEO at this level isn’t a checklist. It’s infrastructure. You will own it.

As Technical SEO Lead, you will ensure Hostinger’s organic foundation is solid, scalable, and ready for today’s and tomorrow’s search landscape. This senior IC role has no direct reports but requires high cross‑functional influence.

Your day‑to‑day

• Run continuous technical audits across a large‑scale, multilingual site and own end‑to‑end fixes.
• Lead pre‑ and post‑migration audits for domain migrations, re‑platforming, URL restructures, and CMS or framework changes.
• Investigate and resolve performance anomalies before they compound.

Own the roadmap

• Build and drive the technical SEO roadmap, prioritized by commercial impact and aligned with Product and Engineering planning cycles.
• Integrate SEO QA into pre‑ and post‑launch workflows to prevent regressions.
• Build the business case for technical SEO projects, owning impact, effort, and prioritization.

Build for scale

• Design and maintain technical SEO automations (indexability monitoring, sitemap validation, hreflang checks, redirect monitoring) using GSC API, DataForSEO MCP, and n8n.
• Document best practices so DRIs across SEO, Content, and Localization can enforce consistent standards.
• Run technical SEO split tests and advise on methodology for broader specialist testing initiatives.

Stay ahead

• Own technical readiness for AI‑powered discovery, including structured data for LLM citation, AI bot crawlability, and monitoring AI crawler access at scale.
• Translate technical wins into stakeholder‑relevant outcomes.

Your skills and experience

Must‑haves

• 5+ years of hands‑on technical SEO on large, complex websites with a track record of diagnosing and shipping fixes.
• Experience with multi‑locale SEO at scale.
• Deep expertise in crawlability, indexation, site architecture, structured data, Core Web Vitals, JS rendering, hreflang, and multilingual SEO.
• Experience leading pre‑ and post‑migration audits and preventing breakages.
• Commercially minded with the ability to prioritize by business impact.
• Confident collaborating with engineering teams to scope tickets, validate fixes, and explain trade‑offs.
• Experience building technical SEO automations with Python, API integrations, or workflow tools.

Proficient with GSC, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Lumar or Botif.

Nice‑to‑haves

• Hands‑on experience with AI search readiness: structured data for LLM citation, entity optimization, AI crawler monitoring.
• Familiarity with DataForSEO, GSC API, and workflow automation tools like n8n.
• Experience with JS‑rendered environments (React, Next.js).
