This Position reports to: Sales Supp. Specialist-Customer Support

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this position you will support the sales assigned organization (Division & Market) and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing quotations and technical descriptions of the applied products and technology, determining costs, preparing final documentation, and serving as a key technical resource in the assigned area. Reporting to the Sales Support Manager and using your customer and technical skills, you will aid the by reacting to customer inquiries.

The work model for the role is #LI-hybrid.

This role is contributing to the Motion Drives Products in Spain.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Giving a technical and commercial solution to customer needs
  • Analyzing technical needs from customer perspective, looking internally for best solutions in product portfolio and creating a quotation
  • Studying customer specifications and provide solutions and necessary documentation for projects.
  • Participating in all Sales Support team process, supporting internally the team or other teams in some actions
  • Resolving technical questions about frequency converters and PLCs. Collaborating with customers online and in person to help develop their applications.
  • Having a good commitment to ensure that inquiries are resolved and providing assistance in any necessary escalation
  • Working with the leaders and team to detect improvement areas in order to work in more efficient way and reduce manual tasks

Qualifications for the Role
  • An agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership and commitment of orders and service process
  • ~1 year of experience working as internal Sales Support
  • Engineering/Higher Degree in Electricity, Electronic or similar
  • Good capacity to adapt to constant changes, different tasks and responsibilities
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of Office 365/Microsoft
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
