Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales strategy to grow LONGi’s sell-out volumes within the DG segment.
- Strengthen relationships with key EPCs, installers, and distribution partners, providing ongoing technical and commercial support.
- Promote LONGi’s product and solution portfolio, highlighting technical differentiation, reliability, and performance advantages.
- Collaborate with distribution partners to identify new business opportunities, co‑develop offers, and support project design stages.
- Together with the Product & Solution team, use design and simulation tools (e.g., PVsyst, PV Sol) to analyze project performance and demonstrate the value of LONGi technology.
- Train and educate partners and customers on product features.
- Collect market feedback and competitor insights to guide local commercial and product strategy.
- Ensure accurate CRM updates, forecasting, and pipeline reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business or related field.
- Experience in technical sales or application engineering within the solar industry.
- Proven experience conducting technical and financial feasibility studies for photovoltaic projects.
- Experience working with EPCs, installers, and distribution networks.
- Ability to translate technical value into clear commercial arguments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable speaking at industry events.
