Role Overview

At G+D Mobile Security, a world leader in secure telecommunications systems, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Digital Profile Factory (DPF) in Barcelona. Join our team and be a part of the solution! We specialize in designing and configuring eSIM profiles for network operators, enabling mobile devices to connect to cellular networks without a physical SIM card. Our work involves providing essential data to manufacturing sites and enhancing eSIM management solutions. The team is also pioneering the development of the IDSP platform, setting new standards in digital profile management.

Responsibilities
  • Lead planning and execution of DPF key projects (e.g., develop project plans, track progress, and manage risks in coordination with the Performance Manager).
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and communication documents to support transparency and alignment.
  • Tailor project methodologies to the specific needs and constraints of the DPF environment for optimal outcomes.
Qualifications
  • University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8‑10 years of experience in an IT environment.
  • 3‑5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in technology‑driven or IT‑based environments.
  • Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross‑functional projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar).
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP/S4HANA) and/or digital transformation projects is an advantage.
  • Comprehensive understanding of budgeting, resource planning, and risk management in projects.
  • Excellent English language skills (Business proficient – native).
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, able to align diverse teams and present clearly to senior management.
