As a Technical Program Manager, you will be able to influence cross-functional teams to design innovative consumer products and release new features in Vista mobile and web applications. Maturity, high judgement, technical skills, ability to influence, analytical talent, and leadership are needed to succeed in this role.

What You Will Do

Lead large-scale, company-wide, highly cross-functional projects to deliver against the strategic goals of the Continuous Improvement team.

Define and lead project scope, plan/achievements, dependencies, and risks.

Lead continuous improvement projects that have a measurable impact on the business. Coordinate and lead all project communications and meetings–keeping all team members apprised of project status, next steps/actions, impediments, and potential risks and/or trade-offs.

Prepare and deliver status updates to the senior management team regarding progress to key performance indicator targets.

Analyse historical and segmentation data to identify trends and insights to identify potential focus areas for the team.

Evaluate, recommending, and implementing opportunities to improve internal processes and tools to improve delivery excellence.

Deliver results that meet individual and team goals.

Work with subject matter experts to lead and drive new technology initiatives and evaluations.

Develop and champion processes for efficiency and scale in our organization.

Your Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project management and 2+ years of technical program management experience
  • Strong project management skills, inclusive of prioritizing requirements, identify achievements/dependencies, remove blockers and lead risk & impact.
  • Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience with project management software tools (i.e.: JIRA, Trello, Slack, etc.) as well as Microsoft Excel and reporting tools (i.e., Tableau, Looker, Quicksight, etc.).
  • Experience with Lean, Operation Excellence, or Six Sigma methodologies.
Nice to Have

Experience working in an agile project management environment is a strong plus.
