TEKsystems is supporting a leading global FMCG organization on a strategic enterprise integration transformation programme. The project migrates approximately 400 enterprise integrations from MuleSoft to Boomi across a complex global technology landscape.

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager who can combine strong program leadership with solid integration-domain expertise to drive successful delivery while coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors, architects, and delivery teams.

• Ability to bridge business and technical discussions.
• Experience managing programs governance, risks, dependencies, testing, and cutover activities.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end program governance and delivery.
• Develop and manage program plans, milestones, RAID logs, and reporting structures.
• Drive program execution from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, architecture teams, vendors, and system integrators.
• Facilitate steering committees and provide executive-level reporting.
• Lead migration planning and execution activities across multiple integration workstreams.
• Manage dependency tracking, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate business testing, cutover planning, and deployment activities.
• Ensure critical integrations are migrated with minimal business disruption.
• Work closely with platform vendors and delivery partners to ensure successful migration execution.
• Support the retirement of legacy integration platforms and consolidation onto Boomi.
• Ensure all program activities align with enterprise architecture standards and broader business transformation objectives.

As part of a large-scale modernization initiative, the business is migrating approximately 400 enterprise integrations from MuleSoft to Boomi across a complex global technology landscape.

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager who can combine strong program leadership with solid integration-domain expertise to drive successful delivery while coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors, architects, and delivery teams.

Please note: we can only consider candidates currently based in Spain or Poland.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end program governance and delivery.

• Experience supporting M&A, carve-out, separation, or large-scale transformation programmes.
