Breakthrough Talent is seeking a Product Manager to own the product strategy, roadmap, and prioritisation for a fast-moving Generative AI platform used by thousands of developers. You will speak with developers and customers, track GenAI trends, and decide what to build and what not to build.

You will collaborate closely with engineering to take ideas through to launch and continuously improve the developer experience, while aligning with market needs and strategy.

Formación

• Around 3-5 years of strong product experience.
• Genuine obsession with generative media - image, video and/or audio.
• Strong product judgement and the ability to say no to non-viable features.
• Technical mindset and comfort working with engineers and technical users.
• Speak to real users rather than relying solely on data or AI insights.
• Excellent communication skills and a hands-on, curious approach.
• Thrives in a fast-moving, autonomous environment.
• Able to overlap significantly with US working hours.

I'm working with a fast-moving Generative AI company building a platform used by 20,000+ developers, providing access to 600+ AI models through one API.

They're looking for a Product Manager to take genuine ownership of the product and work directly with the CEO.

This isn't a delivery-focused PM role. You'll be responsible for understanding the market, speaking directly with developers and customers, tracking what's happening across the rapidly changing GenAI landscape, and deciding what gets built, and, just as importantly, what doesn't.

What you'll own

• Product strategy, roadmap and prioritisation
• Regular customer and developer discovery
• Competitor and market intelligence
• Monitoring GenAI communities, trends and emerging products
• Turning customer insight into product decisions
• Working closely with engineering to take ideas through to launch
• Continuously improving the developer experience

What we're looking for

• Around 3-5 years of strong product experience, although exceptional candidates with less will be considered
• Genuine obsession with generative media - image, video and/or audio
• Strong product judgement and the confidence to say no to features that shouldn't be built
• A technical mindset - you don't need to code, but you should be comfortable working closely with engineers and technical users
• Someone who speaks to real users rather than relying solely on data or AI-generated insights
• Excellent communication skills and a naturally curious, hands-on approach
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, highly autonomous environment
• Ability to overlap significantly with US working hours
