Se requiere dominio de AutoCAD y BIM-Revit, así como habilidades de comunicación en inglés. Formación

• 3-4 años de experiencia profesional en diseño arquitectónico, diseño interior o desarrollo inmobiliario.
• Dominio del inglés escrito y hablado.
• Enfoque proactivo, flexible y dinámico en el trabajo en equipo.

Responsabilidades

• Análisis y optimización de aspectos arquitectónicos.
• Preparación de especificaciones de ventas detalladas.
• Producción de materiales de ventas utilizando AutoCAD y otros software.
• Colaboración en el desarrollo de visualizaciones 3D.
• Diseño de conceptos de interiores y propuestas de mobiliario.

Main Activities

• Analysis and optimization of architectural aspects to enhance the overall value and market appeal of real estate projects.
• Preparation of detailed sales specifications based on in-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, and brands available in the market.
• Production of sales and marketing materials, including commercial floor plans, using AutoCAD, BIM-Revit, and Photoshop.
• Calculation of commercial areas and preparation of corresponding price lists.
• Collaboration in the development of 3D visualizations and renderings to support marketing activities.
• Design and development of interior layouts and furnishing concepts for assigned properties.
• Creation of furnishing proposals and design hypotheses aligned with the project’s commercial and aesthetic goals.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 3–4 years of professional experience in architectural design, interior design, or real estate development.
• Strong technical background combined with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM-Revit, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Proactive, flexible, and dynamic approach with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
