Decskill, empresa de consultoría IT, busca un Líder Técnico con experiencia en GCP, Angular y Java para liderar iniciativas técnicas y coordinar equipos en contextos nacionales e internacionales.

La persona ideal tendrá experiencia previa de hasta 15 años, capacidad para gestionar deuda técnica, y para crear documentación y gestionar cambios en infraestructuras, con dominio de Scrum/Agile, Jira y Confluence. Se valorará español e inglés.

Formación

• Experiencia máxima de 15 años en roles relevantes.
• Dominio de GCP, Angular y Java.
• Formación universitaria en Ingeniería de Software, Informática o afín.
• Habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en entornos globales.
• Experiencia en soluciones complejas y diseño.

Responsabilidades

• Gestión del backlog de deuda técnica.
• Documentación técnica de aplicaciones.
• Solicitudes de cambios en la infraestructura.

We are looking for a Technical Lead | GCP & Angular & Java!

Responsabilities:

• Technical Debt Backlog.
• Technical documentation for applications.
• Requests for infrastructure changes.

Requirements:

• Up to 15 years of experience.
• Technical background in the following technologies/languages: GCP, Angular, and Java.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative environments and with global teams.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with a focus on problem-solving.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology, JIRA, and Confluence (considered a plus).
• Knowledge of the application's technologies.
• Hands-on experience with those technologies.
• Experience designing complex solutions.
• Problem Solving: A creative problem-solver capable of high performance, flexibility, and adaptability in a global corporate environment.
• Spanish is mandatory.
• Good level of english.
