About the Role

We’re looking a highly skilled Tech Lead to join our IoT Platform team. This role requires both hands-on technical expertise and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of developers

Drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable systems and solutions.

Ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and IT strategy.

Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver results.

Oversee code reviews, technical documentation, and adherence to best practices.

Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.

Drive conversations with the team and the client.

Must-have

Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Engineer, or similar leadership role in IT.

Strong expertise in AWS services, Java, Git and databases.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

C1 English

Nice to have

Experience working with IoT platforms.

Strong programming experience in Python and JavaScript.

Familiarity with Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics.
