Technical Global Key Account Management Analyst

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Support and analyze new customer specifications.
2. Collaborate with Technical Global Key Account Managers on customer projects.
3. Assist in cost management and continuous product cost improvements.
4. Participate in customer trials.
5. Prepare samples with local Product Management.
6. Support Innovation Days and Academies.
7. Update sustainability data to support customer programs.
8. Resolve key technical issues with customers.
9. Assist in customer visits with technical presentations.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS :

• Engineering graduate or equivalent, preferably in Chemical, Plastics, or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
• High proficiency in English.

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS :

• Eager to learn and develop.
• Ability to work autonomously.
