IDOM Ingenieria Y Consultoria, S.A. busca profesionales para formar parte de un equipo multidisciplinar, desarrollando soluciones técnicas basadas en requerimientos funcionales y gestionando proyectos de software industrial.

Liderarás al equipo de desarrollo, revisarás código y colaborarás con el arquitecto de soluciones. Se valorará experiencia en Agile y herramientas como Azure DevOps y JIRA, conocimiento de Git y CI/CD, y manejo de tecnologías de integración y bases de datos.

Formación

• Se requiere estudi[ar] Ingeniería informática, electrónica industrial o automatización.
• Al menos 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software industrial y/o al menos 2 años en liderazgo técnico.
• Experiencia en metodologías ágiles y tradicionales; manejo de herramientas Azure DevOps y JIRA.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar soluciones técnicas basadas en requerimientos funcionales.
• Coordinar y liderar el equipo de desarrollo.
• Revisión y aprobación de código.
• Colaborar con el arquitecto de soluciones.
• Interacción con el gestor de proyecto.
• Gestión técnica del proyecto.
• Garantía de calidad técnica.
• Promover innovación y mejora continua.
• Supervisar documentación técnica.
• Formación y desarrollo del equipo.

ABOUT YOU

• You have studied computer engineering, industrial electronics, or automation.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in industrial software development and/or at least 2 years in technical leadership
• You have experience in agile and traditional methodologies and are proficient in tools such as Azure DevOps and JIRA.
• You have advanced knowledge of Git and CI/CD.
• Experience with Inductive Automation Ignition (Deseable)
• Proficiency in Ignition Designer, Perspective, and Vision (Deseable)
• Knowledge of Python (Jython), OPC UA, MQTT.
• Integration with databases and external systems.
• You have teamwork skills and technical rigor.
• You have advanced English proficiency.
