Responsabilidades

• Manage communications related to CCTV operations.
• Monitor and maintain all AV and CCTV systems.
• Perform routine checks and troubleshooting on camera systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage internal and external communications related to CCTV operations
• Monitor and maintain all AV and CCTV systems in the operations control room
• Perform routine checks and troubleshooting on all camera systems
• Configure, install, and support CCTV applications (Milestone, AXIS, Hikvision)
• Coordinate with network and storage teams to ensure secure data handling
• Provide manuals and operator training on system use
• Maintain system functionality including software updates and desktop integrations
• Deliver 24/7 emergency support and process work orders

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (C1 level), written and spoken
• Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Control Systems Engineering
• Proven experience with CCTV setup, maintenance, and software configuration
• Familiarity with CCTV tools like Milestone, AXIS Camera Station, Hikvision
• Knowledge of SAN/NAS/DAS storage systems and server hardware (HP, Dell, EMC)
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, LAN administration, and Windows/Linux systems
• Experience with troubleshooting and hardware diagnostics
