Domestiko.Com is seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to manage construction projects in Santander, Cantabria. You will oversee the technical aspects from planning and design development through to execution and handover, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong knowledge of Spanish building codes (CTE) and experience with CAD (AutoCAD) and BIM tools, with a track record of coordinating with contractors and clients on complex projects.

Competenze

• Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical architecture and construction management.
• Knowledge of Código Técnico de la Edificación (CTE) and construction practices.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD); BIM experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site technical and construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Prepare technical documentation including plans, specs, and permits.
• Liaise with contractors, engineers and clients for smooth execution.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, identifying risks.
• Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals.
• Resolve technical issues during construction.
• Maintain project records and report progress to stakeholders.
