A leading AI start-up in Madrid is looking for a Technical Account Manager to drive customer success and adoption of their advanced automation platform. This role involves managing the complete customer deployment lifecycle and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure value delivery. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in program management, excellent communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Proficiency in Spanish and English is required.

Our Technical Account Managers play a crucial client-facing role to drive adoption, expansion, and value realization for enterprise customers implementing our agentic AI platform, contributing significantly to ensuring the success of key enterprise customers. You'll manage the full lifecycle of customer deployments, from leading discovery processes, through initial technical implementation, and on to broad organizational adoption. TAMs provide program/project management for enterprise-wide rollouts, coordinating implementation across multiple departments and stakeholders while ensuring consistent value delivery and transformative results for clients.
Whilst this role can be remote, based anywhere in Spain, you can expect 25% travel time on-site with customers and Maisa offices.
