Este rol implica colaborar con socios utilizando la plataforma CRM y herramientas de marketing para impulsar el crecimiento. Formación

Overview

Wall Street English is looking for a HubSpot CRM Specialist to join our Marketing team in Barcelona, Spain.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the CRM Product Manager, collaborate with Franchise partners and corporate teams as a trusted advisor to grow their business by leveraging the CRM platform and MarTech tools.
• Master HubSpot and CRM tools; develop deep knowledge of HubSpot to remove technical barriers for partners.
• Help partners exploit a variety of HubSpot tools and integrations to improve performance.
• Serve as a role model and trusted advisor on the team with ownership of complex CRM issues.
• Motivate and guide partners in adopting CRM solutions to drive business growth.
• Work with Product, Technology, and Data teams to diagnose and fix software issues.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the CRM product experience for customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally within Wall Street English to engage customers more deeply with HubSpot CRM.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across CRM and integrated tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years working with HubSpot (Pro or above Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs) with strong applied knowledge of core features
• Experience with SaaS solutions, AI, and third-party CRM integrations
• Bachelor's degree
• Fluent in English
• HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot CRM, HubSpot Automation) are highly regarded
• Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Arabic
• Strong communication and writing skills—clear, concise, friendly, and professional; comfortable with software concepts, technical troubleshooting, and applying technical and strategic thinking to solve high-value business problems.
