Airbus Helicopters España, SA in Albacete seeks a Tech Lead for the PSL IM Integration Platforms to design, build, and maintain templates for error handling, logging, and security across real-time REST APIs and event-driven messaging.

You will own the technical roadmap, lead by example with production-ready code, mentor engineers, and drive observability and resilience while collaborating with architects and product managers.

Formación

• Master's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Knowledge of integration paradigms, enterprise service patterns, and event-driven architecture.
• Designing and managing enterprise-grade API gateways, service meshes.
• Ability to translate technical platform concepts into business value for stakeholders and collaborate with other engineering teams.
• Curiosity to learn new technologies and integration patterns.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot code and logic flow.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical roadmap for our integration ecosystem; design highly resilient, scalable, and secure development patterns (Event-Driven, Sync/Async APIs, batch processing).
• Lead by example: write clean, production-ready code for core platform components, conduct rigorous code reviews, and establish engineering best practices.
• Drive the adoption of standard schemas, self-service APIs, and robust documentation to maximize developer velocity.
• Ensure the platform is observable and resilient with distributed tracing, monitoring, and automated self-healing mechanisms.
• Mentor and grow a dedicated team of integration engineers.
