Workster, junto a una startup de movilidad eléctrica en rápido crecimiento, busca un Team Lead - E-Bike Mechanics para su centro de reacondicionamiento en Düsseldorf. Se ofrece paquete de reubicación.

Liderarás y mentorarás a un equipo de mecánicos de bicicletas eléctricas, asegurarás altos estándares de calidad en reparaciones y reacondicionamientos, y optimizarás procesos para lograr eficiencia y satisfacción del cliente.

Formación

• 3-5+ años de experiencia en mecánica de bicicletas eléctricas.
• Experiencia previa en gestión de equipos.
• Capacidad de diagnóstico y reparación de una variedad de marcas y modelos de e-bikes.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar y mentorar a un equipo de mecánicos de e-bikes, asegurando su desarrollo y alto rendimiento.
• Actuar como experto técnico para reparaciones complejas y solución de problemas.
• Supervisar operaciones diarias, optimizando procesos para eficiencia y cumplimiento de plazos.
• Control de calidad para garantizar que las bicicletas reacondicionadas cumplan estándares.

Workster is partnering with a fast-growing e-mobility startup to recruit Team Lead - E-Bike Mechanics for their refurbishment centre in Düsseldorf. You will relocate there with the help of a relocation package.

In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of e-bike mechanics, ensuring the highest quality standards in e-bike refurbishment and repair. You'll play a key part in ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently while promoting a positive team culture. Your Role

• Lead & Mentor: Provide hands-on guidance and training to a team of e-bike mechanics, ensuring their continuous development and high performance.
• Technical Expertise: Act as the go-to expert for complex repairs and troubleshooting, setting the benchmark for technical excellence.
• Workflow & Efficiency: Oversee day-to-day operations, optimizing processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to timelines.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all refurbished e-bikes meet rigorous quality standards before reaching customers.
• Problem Solving & Innovation: Identify bottlenecks in operations and implement process improvements to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Customer Service) to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols and best practices are followed, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Your Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in e-bike mechanics, with extensive hands-on experience.
• Availability to relocate to Düsseldorf.
• Previous team management experience with a proven track record of mentoring and developing team members.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills across a wide range of e-bike brands and models.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for sustainable mobility and a customer-first mindset.
• Basic PC skills (Email, MS Office).
• Good knowledge of English (German is a plus).
• Willingness to work in a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
