Formación

For our Barcelona Paseo de Gracia- Flagship Store, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Client Advisors team, aiming at transforming each client experience into special moments by creating a hand-crafted experience
  • Together with Store Management, responsible for achieving the commercial targets through an efficient and effective organization of the team and a successful management of the product
  • Lead a high performing client facing and service orientated team
  • Coach and provide feedback to the team as necessary to ensure all clients are given the highest standard of experience
  • Support the Store Management in driving the store strategy to achieve the best sales performance, by understanding client desires and creating a hand-crafted 360° experience for the client
  • Demonstrate best in class sales and self-leadership by playing an active role on the selling floor to provide excellent and specialized customer service and develop meaningful client relationships through CRM initiatives
  • Guarantee the efficiency and effectiveness at floor level in terms of clienteling, display, merchandise, cleanliness, grooming etc. taking action to solve problems with positive outcome
  • Collaborate closely with Visual Merchandising ensuring high standards of store presentation through proactive and creative visual merchandising, aligned with brand guidelines
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of previous experience in a managerial role in luxury retail, coordinating, training and empowering a Client Advisor team
  • A proven track record delivering sales in a luxury retail environment, as well in Clientelling activities
  • Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity
  • Strong communication skills and commercial mindset
  • Digitally aware and open to new ways of working
  • Ability to interact effectively with foreign clients
  • Passion for Diesel Brand, product and heritage

Language proficiency: Spanish is mandatory. Any additional language is considered a plus
