As the Team Lead of Cyber Defence Solutions , you'll own a high-performing engineering team focused on maintaining and delivering cyber defence tools and automations. The Security Team is the focal point for all security activities across Swiss Re. We are responsible for cybersecurity engineering and operations, corporate security, governance, operational resilience, risk and compliance. We define and advance the company's security strategy.
As a part of the Security Team, the main aim of the Cyber Defence Solutions team is to develop, improve, and maintain innovative platforms such as Threat Intelligence, XDR, SOAR and its automations playbooks. We're looking for a highly experienced cyber security professional with a strong background in engineering and team-leading skills.
For Spain, the base salary range for this position is between EUR 60,000 and EUR 100,000 (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
