Overview

The Team Head is responsible for leading a team of relationship managers and service officers who serve the needs of the large and middle market corporate clients including but not limited to local conglomerates and multinational corporations. They are assigned to: (a) cultivate trust and partnership and be designated as one of the top bankers of their existing and potential corporate clients; (b) grow the profitability of its portfolio of accounts by providing timely and appropriate financial solutions to these clients; (c) formulate marketing strategy to achieve targets; (d) ensure positive customer experience with the bank, all within the bank’s policies and guidelines and (e) involve in the evaluation and presentation of portfolio review for both the initial approval and at ongoing periodic review.

Responsibilities
  • Leads and manages a team of relationship managers and service officers to ensure credit quality and profitability of corporate client portfolios.
  • Achieves income and volume targets by developing business strategies and enhancing the product portfolio.
  • Ensures positive customer experience by soliciting feedback, conducting market intelligence, and collaborating with internal units.
  • Grows the client base by identifying target companies and maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Motivates and develop the team while ensuring compliance with bank policies and stand ards.
Qualifications
  • Business-related degree; post-graduate studies are a plus.
  • 5+ years as a Relationship Manager with people management experience.
  • Markets, credit, lending, operations, risk management, banking products.
  • Leadership, networking, influencing, marketing, analytical, strategic decision-making.
  • Strong oral and written skills; comfortable with top exe cutives; client empathy.
