coni + partner ag in Zurich is seeking a Manager Corporate Tax & Compliance for private equity funds. You will support investment teams with tax guidance and oversee cross-jurisdiction tax obligations.

Ideal candidate has a law or tax degree, Big Four or top-tier firm background, strong analytical skills, fluent English, and experience with FATCA, AEOI, and US tax matters; MS Office proficiency required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or Tax Law.
• Big Four or top-tier law firm experience is required.
• Experience in international tax law, corporate tax and US tax (FATCA/AEOI).
• Knowledge of PE funds taxation and cross-jurisdiction investment structures.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and team-oriented.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Support investment team with tax guidance for investments and partnerships.
• Research tax compliance issues and interpret tax laws.
• Review corporate tax returns and tax reporting processes.
• Advise on tax compliance for private equity; FATCA and AEOI matters.
• Manage annual tax obligations across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate on tax due diligence, structuring and scenarios.
• Monitor tax procedures and changes in international and domestic taxation.
• Ensure compliance with US and international tax obligations.
• Participate in ad hoc tax projects and trainings.
