Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in valuation concepts and methodologies.
• Experience with reporting and presentation of appraisal findings.

Responsabilidades

• Realizar inspecciones y análisis de activos inmobiliarios comerciales.
• Investigar el mercado para determinar valores de propiedad.
• Elaborar informes de tasación con metodologías y software de la industria.
• Analizar datos de ventas comparables, contratos de alquiler y potencial de desarrollo.
• Asesorar a clientes, promotores y entidades financieras sobre resultados de tasación.
• Mantenerse actualizado sobre tendencias del mercado y regulaciones de tasación.
• Colaborar con equipos internos en evaluaciones de carteras y due diligence.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento ético y las buenas prácticas de tasación.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong understanding of valuation methodologies (e.g., sales comparison, cost approach, income capitalization).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and specialized appraisal software.
• Excellent analytical, report-writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and market data.
• Valid appraisal license or certification is highly preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• Willingness to travel locally for property inspections as needed.
