A leading recruitment firm in Spain is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead hiring processes for a fast-growing B2B SaaS client. The role involves developing international sourcing strategies, ensuring a world-class candidate experience, and collaborating with Nova's internal team. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, be fluent in English and French, and possess strong stakeholder management skills. We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Nova and lead key hiring processes for one of our fast-growing clients — a B2B SaaS scale-up expanding internationally, with a strong presence in France and other European markets. You’ll be fully embedded in the client’s team, while being hired and supported by Nova.
Your main responsibilities
Own and lead end-to-end hiring processes for mid to senior roles across functions and regions.
