JR Spain está buscando un Consultor de Adquisición de Talento para unirse a su equipo en Barcelona. La posición implica responder a las necesidades de los clientes a través de la identificación y evaluación de candidatos adecuados, mantenimiento de relaciones con los mismos y preparación de informes de mercado. Se requiere una licenciatura en Negocios o Recursos Humanos y al menos 3 años de experiencia en un rol similar. Formación

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia como Consultor con conocimiento del mercado internacional.
  • Dominio del español y el inglés; se valora un tercer idioma europeo.

Responsabilidades

  • Identificar y evaluar candidatos calificados a nivel global que coincidan con los perfiles de trabajo definidos por el cliente.
  • Participar en la definición de la estrategia de identificación de candidatos.
  • Validar la adecuación entre el candidato y las especificaciones de trabajo.

Job Description:

Mission: In charge of answering client needs by identifying and assessing qualified candidates globally that matches the defined client´s job profiles.

To reach that objective, the Senior Consultant creates, engages and develops talent pools of active candidates and identified, by targeted sourcing, passive potential candidates adapted with the specific job requirements.

Candidate's recruitment

  • Understand, analyze, define and formalize the client needs into clear specifications and Winid methodologies.
  • Participates in the sourcing strategy´s definition.
  • Masters the use of social media, job-boards, Cvs banks and candidate´s databases in order to attract targeted profiles.

Candidate's assessment

  • Validates the fit between the candidate and the jobs specifications (experience consistency, skills, motivations, availability, salary expectations, references…etc). Elaborate a qualitative pre-selection.
  • Organizes the tests if required into the specifications.
  • Organizes (and eventually animates) the Assessment Centers.
  • Executes the reference checking in order to validate the experiences and sills of the targeted candidates. (if required into the specifications)
  • Wrote the candidates reports.
  • Ensure candidate follow-up (following-up, monitoring expectations and timings…) in order to maintain and active pool of candidates.
  • Maintain close contact with the hired candidates.

Reporting and client relationship

  • Maintains up-to-date the Winid reporting and dashboards
  • Maintain weekly updates with the clients in order to give qualitative and quantitative market insights
  • Transmits all relevant and necessary information to the Project Manager or Team Leader and propose solutions to improve the quality and productivity of the service

Requirements:

  • Experience:at least 3 years of experience as Consultant with knowledge of the international market.
  • Education:Bachelor's Degree in Business orHR. Master's Degree will be an added value.
  • Languages:Spanish and English, third European language is highly valued.
  • Competences:Lean and start-up attitude, flexible, high communication skills.
