FUNCTIONS

We're looking for a professional with vision, autonomy, and a desire to continue developing in a dynamic and demanding environment for Revlon's HR department.

• End-to-end selection process management: direct search, screening, interviews, and closing.
• Direct coordination with managers and executives to define and validate key profiles.
• Data analysis, report preparation, and monitoring of area KPIs.
• Participation in fairs, forums and other talent attraction initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in psychology, labor relations, business administration, etc. Master\'s or postgraduate degree in HR is valued.
• 2-4 years of experience recruiting mid- to senior-level managers in multinational environments (consulting experience is a plus).
• Fluent English.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail for database maintenance and report preparation.
