Job summary

Quside designs and manufactures quantum technology for connected devices, including quantum RNGs. We seek a system testing engineer to analyze and optimize RNG tests in R&D and commercial projects, and to collaborate with the full stack engineering team on architectural innovations.

The role involves defining tests, implementing procedures, analyzing results, planning resources, and driving automation. Strong background in digital RF systems, quanta tech, and FPGA is desirable; English and

Qualifications

• Prior technical role in an industry or start-up as testing engineer for digital electronic and RF systems, with >3 years experience.
• Experience with microcontrollers (STM, Microchip)
• Experience using Git version control
• Hands-on experience with quantum/photonic technologies valued
• Hands-on experience with FPGAs valued
• Advanced English (speaking, reading, writing, listening)
• Spanish language proficiency

Responsibilities

• Define testing procedures (instructions, criteria, figures of merit) and testing plans (calendar, resources).
• Implement R&D testing procedures (test scripts, setups, execution).
• Data analysis and reporting of results.
• Plan timing and resources for tasks.
• Optimize and automate testing processes.
• Support in system design and trade-off analysis simulations.
