Valeo in Spain seeks a System & Software Quality Leader (GSMART) to deploy and lead the QA culture and improvement plans across projects. You will manage the System & Software Quality team, allocate resources, and ensure quality deliverables meet the defined plans and maturity levels.

You will represent the customer within Valeo on QA matters, approve QA plans, and drive the deployment of standards across the perimeter, coaching engineers and contributing to QA methodology evolution.

Formación

• Proven leadership of System & Software Quality teams.
• Strong knowledge of QA processes and standards for software-intensive products.
• Experience allocating resources across multiple projects and teams.
• Effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coach and develop engineers to meet quality goals.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy the System & Software Quality culture and improvement plan across the perimeter.
• Develop and manage the System & Software Quality team (hiring, evaluation, training).
• Allocate resources to projects and ensure required competences.
• Represent the customer within Valeo on System & Software Quality matters.
• Approve the System & Software Quality Assurance Plan for assigned projects.
• Accountable for quality deliverables on schedule and with maturity.
• Ensure deviation processes are respected and followed.
• Report status of all projects, indicators, and action plans; escalate as needed.
• Coach engineers on Valeo quality standards and processes.
• Drive deployment of quality standards and processes in the perimeter.
• Contribute to evolution of QA methodology and processes.
