We´re looking for a driven Digital Advertising Growth Specialist to join a dynamic, international team in Barcelona. In this role, you´ll collaborate with Swedish-speaking businesses and marketing agencies across EMEA, helping them unlock the full potential of their online advertising through tailored, high-impact strategies.

• Build and strengthen relationships with advertisers and agencies by offering strategic, results-oriented digital marketing guidance.

• Deliver expert consultancy to boost ROI and improve campaign performance across major ad platforms.

• Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, promoting additional marketing solutions, and consistently hitting sales targets.

• Communicate proactively with clients through calls, video meetings, and email, ensuring a smooth, premium customer experience.

⭐ What We´re Looking For:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent hands‑on experience.

• C2 Swedish+ strong command of English.

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or online advertising.

• Solid understanding of major ad platforms (Ads, AdSense, YouTube).

• Excellent communication, analytical, and time-management skills.

• A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.

• Genuine passion for Marketing, Tech, and Digital Advertisingplus a strong eagerness to grow.

• Valid work permit for Spain.
