What You´ll Do:
- Partner with newly acquired clients as their trusted advisor guiding them through onboarding and launching high-impact PPC campaigns.
- Conduct outbound calls to understand each client's goals and introduce solutions that boost their results.
- Build strategic, ROI-driven campaigns designed for both immediate performance and long-term success.
- Increase engagement by identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling.
- Manage and update customer information with precision using CRM tools.
- Handle a high volume of client interactions daily while maintaining top-tier service.
What You Bring:
- BA/BS (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications a plus) or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluent-level Swedish (C2) and strong English proficiency (C1). Additional languages welcomed.
- 20+ months in sales, marketing, or other client-facing rolesideally in dynamic, high-stakes environments.
- Comfortable working independently, hitting goals, and managing multiple priorities.
- Skilled in CRM use and familiar with leveraging AI tools for outreach and productivity.
- Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbaland confident in presenting to clients.
- Proactive, organized, and solutions-driven mindset with strong ownership of your work.
- Ability to analyze competitor activity, understand business objectives, and support strategic planning.
- Customer-obsessed approach with the ability to handle challenging scenarios professionally.
