A leading beverage company in Madrid seeks a Sustainability Manager to design and implement sustainability programs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Studies, at least 10 years of related experience, and strong communication skills in English and Spanish. This full-time position requires someone passionate about sustainability and capable of managing key external partnerships.

Formación

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in sustainability, preferably in food/beverage sectors.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in establishing partnerships with suppliers and NGOs.

  • Design and implement sustainability programs for Red Bull Spain.

Stakeholder Management

Work in partnership with our Global sustainability team and other internal teams to design and implement the sustainability programme for Red Bull Spain.

Create and lead a local cross functional working group to implement sustainability programs policies and procedures.

Partner with the Red Bull Regulatory team to review both current and future local sustainability regulatory requirements and inform local and global stakeholders as necessary.

Own and manage relationships with key external partners (e.g. ANFABRA DRS association ECOEMBES etc) and build an effective network to understand common Sustainability challenges.

Respond to inquiries from internal and external teams regarding Red Bull sustainability practices with a focus on customer requests.

Be the Expert on Sustainability Area

Live and breathe the Red Bull philosophies and be active in driving forward the sustainability agenda.

Ensure sustainability commitments and targets are appropriately embedded into key tools systems and ways of working.

Data collection of sustainability metrics and report as necessary to internal and external stakeholders.

Represent and communicate the sustainability strategy among senior leadership functions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Environmental Studies or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience working in a similar role; expertise in food/beverage industries facilities events and supply chain sustainability practices.
  • Experience establishing partnerships with suppliers NGOs and industry bodies.
  • Knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework surrounding sustainability requirements.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting capable of delivering sustainability KPIs for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
  • Fluent in English & Spanish written and spoken.
  • Passion for all sustainability matters.
  • Analytical capability.
  • Experience running projects and leading/influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Management skills.
  • Ability to cooperate working.
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • Problem solver.
  • Great communicator.
