Job summary

Six Senses Ibiza is seeking a Sustainability Coordinator Trainee to support the resort’s sustainability initiatives and guest experiences. You will collaborate with departments to implement procedures, promote Earth Lab activities, and help lead sustainability tours while developing a workshop program for guests.

The role emphasizes cross-cultural teamwork and strong English communication, with an internship allowance and shared accommodation provided. Experience in hospitality is valued.

Qualifications

• Advanced MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills with proactive hosting abilities.
• Strong English communication; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments to implement sustainability procedures.
• Promote Earth Lab activities and sustainability tours for guests.
• Assist sustainability and farm teams in guest experiences.
• Develop and implement workshops and awareness initiatives.
• Coordinate events with local community and reporting teams.
• Prepare sustainability reports and maintain guidelines and standards.
• Ensure guest feedback is handled in line with LQA standards.
• Document internship journey and present results to leadership.
