A leading event production company is seeking a Support Agent to assist with various operational and administrative tasks remote from Madrid. Responsibilities include managing internal tools, coordinating with teams, and supporting event setup. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, possesses strong attention to detail, and has experience in structured operations support. This position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to contribute to the backend of engaging events.
Remote from Madrid Flexible 8-hour shift 1-hour break (5 days/week)
Are you fluent in English? Do you enjoy structured work, cross‑functional collaboration, and solving operational puzzles? We’re looking for a Support Agent to join our SSI team working behind the scenes to bring magical experiences to life across the UK/Nordics region.
As a Support Agent you’ll play a key role in supporting our internal teams, ensuring that processes run smoothly and details are always on point. You’ll manage a variety of administrative and operational tasks:
You’ll work closely with our team spread across the UK/Nordics region, Madrid, and remotely, contributing to the smooth operation of some of Fevers’ most beloved scalable experiences.
