Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or Life Sciences.
• 2–4 years of operational planning experience in a regulated industry (Pharma/MedTech preferred).
• Deep technical mastery of APS and ERP data structures.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into operational actions.
• Cross-functional influence; able to bridge demand teams and site planning managers.

Job description

We are looking for a Supply Planning Senior Expert professional to work in a multinational company. Its products and services are designed to benefit people and improve their quality of life.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

The E2E Supply Planning Senior Expert manages the day-to-day execution of supply plans for the assigned portfolio of internal sites and CMOs. This role ensures that manufacturing schedules align with real-time demand, troubleshooting localized supply disruptions, and optimizing inventory parameters at an SKU level to guarantee customer close-loop supply. This responsibility includes but is not limited to:

• Manage end-to-end the external and internal manufacturing site and collaborating closely with the company and CMO cross functional teams to ensure reliable supply at competitive cost.
• Responsible for planning and managing the supply requirements with the external and internal sites to fulfill the service needs based on the agreed choices/trade-offs from the S&OP.
• Main point of contact from/to the assigned external and internal sites.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or Life Sciences; 2-4 years of operational planning experience within a regulated industry (Pharma/MedTech preferred).

Deep technical mastery of Advanced Planning Systems (e.g., OMP, APO, SAP P2R) and core ERP data structures.

Good analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable operational and supply-network actions.

Cross-functional influence; able to bridge the gap between commercial demand teams and site planning managers.

E2E Operations Management: Ability to coordinate a cross functional and cross regional processes to deliver reliable supply from our external and internal sites.

Supply Planning and Management: Medium knowledge of supply chain planning processes, with a focus on optimizing the balance between inventory, customer service, and supply chain costs.

Stakeholder Management: Good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with and manage relationships with stakeholders at various levels, both internally and externally.
