Akzo Nobel is seeking a Supply Planning Manager Auto EMEA to lead regional production and material planning for the Automotive sector across Europe. You will shape end-to-end supply planning and drive OTIF, inventory control, and SLOB reduction while collaborating with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Customer Service and Commercial teams.

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams.
• Strong background in Supply Planning, S&OP/IBP, and manufacturing planning.
• Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Coatings, Paints, Chemicals, or Retail environments.
• Strong SAP ECC and Power BI knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder management and change leadership capabilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

As Supply Planning Manager Auto EMEA, you will lead and shape planning operations for the Automotive business across Europe, ensuring balance between inventory, cost, and service. You'll build a high-performing planning team and drive end-to-end planning excellence with a focus on OTIF and SLOB reduction.
