HP, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Transformation Program Manager to drive the global planning transformation for service parts and repairs.

The role leads end-to-end programs, aligning planning, IT, data, COEs, and external partners to deliver measurable outcomes across timelines and scope. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in transformation program management, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering complex cross-functional programs in a global context.

• 10+ years of experience in program or project management in transformation environments.
• Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with external partners and global teams.
• Background in consulting is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with supply chain planning and tools (Servigistics, S/4HANA) is a plus.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive execution.

As a Planning COE SME, you will be at the core of this transformation — designing and deploying the next generation of planning capabilities that decide what to stock, where, and when.

What you’ll do

• Drive transformation from vision to delivery
• Lead end-to-end program execution across planning transformation initiatives
• Translate strategy into clear plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes
• Ensure delivery across timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies
• Be the engine behind alignment
• Coordinate across Planning, IT, Data, COEs, and external partners
• Drive prioritization, governance, and decision-making
• Provide leadership with clear, structured visibility on progress and risks
• Manage complexity with clarity
• Set up and run program governance, PMO frameworks, and best practices
• Align multiple workstreams into one coherent transformation roadmap
• Anticipate risks and unblock teams proactively
• Partner and influence at senior level
• Work closely with senior stakeholders across functions
• Lead steering committees, workshops, and cross-team alignment sessions
• Manage relationships with external vendors and consulting partners

What you bring
