A global healthcare company, based in Zaragoza, is looking for a Supply Chain Planning and Logistics Senior Specialist. This position requires in-depth knowledge of logistics management, effective communication skills, and fluency in Spanish and English. Formación

  • Education: High school graduation or bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in supply chain logistics and operations.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbally and in writing.

  • Create Supply Plans at site level incorporating production and logistics.
  • Ensure timely shipments and compliance with IATA rules.
  • Communicate with the Customer Service department.
  • Organize and follow up on logistics flows to customers.

Supply Chain Planning and Logistics Senior Specialist

Location: Zaragoza, Zaragoza, Spain

The Supply Chain Planning and Logistics Senior Specialist ensures that client orders are taken in, processed and carried out with precision to make sure the client receives their products on time.

Major accountabilities:

  • Create Supply Plans at site level which incorporate Production plan and Logistic plan & ensure that the production plans are accurately reflected in 3Agest System.
  • Manage the productions and shipments ensuring that product is produced, shipped on time comply to IATA rules and ADR.
  • Ensure direct communication with Customer Service department/ next point of supply chain.
  • Represent the point of contact for follow-up on time delivery dates & escalating changes related to supply.
  • Guarantee the initial training of the people who work in the logistics department, managing the planning parameters in planning system (3Agest).
  • Actively support the local Supply and operation process.
  • Responsible for organizing and follow up of logistic flows of final products to customer (freight out).
  • Manage international orders and their inclusion in D365 and 3Agest system and preservation of documentation related to logistics.
  • In charge of looking for new routes and transport companies.
  • Manage transports to recovery Type A boxes.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: High school graduation or bachelor’s degree
  • Experience / Professional requirements: Open and clear collaboration and communication to make sure the daily operation runs smoothly
  • Exploitation of new technology and techniques to eliminate non-value adding activities and improve productivity / performance through new processes
  • Shows the appropriate sense of urgency around given tasks.
  • Languages: Spanish and English fluently, verbally and in writing.
