Eurofragance SLU in Spain is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to drive end-to-end performance across the region, aligning customer needs with factory resources and capabilities located near Rubí, Catalonia.

You will own inventory and service performance, manage the department budget, and lead a multinational team of 5–10, coordinating with Production, Procurement, Sales, Customer Service, and Finance. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and S&OP/IBP is required.

Formación

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Technical Industrial Engineering, Organizational Engineering, Business Administration, or Chemical Engineering.
• Master’s in Supply Chain Management.

Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day

Ensure end-to-end Supply Chain performance through the team, combining operational execution with strategic decision-making

• Production Planning & Execution: ensure production plans are aligned with customer needs, factory flows, and capacity constraints; guarantee feasible and stable plans while coordinating closely with Production
• Raw Material Availability (End-to-End): secure timely availability of raw materials, overseeing the end-to-end flow, including purchasing activities (PO management) and alignment of stock planning with production needs and service targets
• Inventory & Cost Management: own inventory performance (value, turns, obsolescence), ensuring alignment with service and financial targets, and drive actions to improve cost efficiency; define and control the department budget
• Strategy, Governance & Alignment: define and implement the regional Supply Chain strategy in line with global guidelines; ensure alignment with global standards (planning, parameters, inventory); support sourcing decisions balancing service and cost, and contribute to global communication and continuous improvement
• Cross-functional Collaboration: work closely with Production, Procurement, Sales, Customer Service, and Finance; act as a key interface with Regional Management and contribute to decision-making forums and the S&OP / IBP process
• Continuous improvement & Planning Excellence: drive initiatives to improve planning stability, reduce urgencies, increase efficiency, and ensure reliability of planning data; contribute to Supply Chain transformation initiatives
• Team leadership: lead, coach, and develop the Supply Chain team, defining roles, priorities, and workload aligned with business needs

What you need to shine in this role

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Technical Industrial Engineering, Organizational Engineering, Business Administration, or Chemical Engineering
• Master’s in Supply Chain Management
• Professional level of English and Spanish
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain / Supply Planning roles, ideally in multi-site or international environments, including team management experience (5–10 people)
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA
• Experience in S&OP / IBP processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in cross-functional and international environments
• Customer-oriented mindset
