Henkel in Barcelona seeks a 12-month internship candidate in Operations and Project Management. Join a team responsible for planning, inventory management, and reporting development.

You will assist with tasks, participate in workshops, and help maintain master data quality under supervision. The ideal student is studying Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, speaks English and Spanish, and demonstrates teamwork, problem-solving, and proactive communication.

Formación

• 12 month internship (8/6h day)
• Student in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering with interest in operations and project management
• Good level of English and Spanish
• Ability to work in a team
• Problem-solving skills
• Proactive and motivated attitude
• Flexibility and strong communication skills
• Advanced Excel; knowledge of SAP is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Accomplishes tasks as directed by supervisor(s)
• Supports processes/operations of the respective Henkel team; complies with Henkel's internal guidelines, rules and regulations
• Supports execution of workshops and user trainings for sustainable maintenance of know how
• Monitors master data quality and coordinates required adaptations with the responsible functions
• Documents planning principles, guidelines and user manuals
• Supports development of reports linked to Planning and Inventory Management
• Conducts adhoc analyses in Inventory Management and portfolio management
• Participates in integration testing and end user testing
