Grenergy invites you to join our Madrid team as a Structured Finance Specialist, supporting financing and execution of utility-scale solar, wind, and BESS projects across Europe, the U.S. and Latin America.

With 5+ years in project or structured finance and strong financial modelling skills, you will help coordinate debt Raisings and due diligence with banks, investors and advisors, collaborating with BD, M&A and Legal teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Project Finance, Structured Finance, Investment Banking, Infrastructure Finance or Financial Advisory.
• Experience supporting debt financing transactions in renewables or infrastructure.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Good understanding of Corporate Finance and Project Finance.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering or a related field.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience in Project Finance, Structured Finance, Investment Banking, Infrastructure Finance or Financial Advisory.
