Stretch.com is seeking a full-time Personal Trainer to lead group and individual stretching sessions in a dynamic studio environment. You will ensure safe, effective classes, maintain high energy, and manage bookings and client follow-ups to drive satisfaction and retention.

The role requires at least 3 years of experience, an internationally recognised certification, and strong English language skills. A base salary plus commissions, visa support, and insurance are offered in a friendly team

Formación

• Certified personal trainer or physical therapy certification.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience.
• English language skills (fluent preferred, proficient required).

Responsabilidades

• Perform group and individual sessions (assisted stretching, private stretching, group classes).
• Maintain positive energy and a great class atmosphere.
• Follow up with the reception on schedule and bookings.
• Closing sale process with the client.
• Carry our classes in accordance with all prescribed rules and strategy of the class set by the employer.
• Maintain regular and positive communication with the client.
• Be at the workplace throughout working hours.
• Prepare the workplace in advance of the session with clients, as well as clean the workplace after the session.
• Ability to work towards monthly sales targets.
• Supporting new team members in their on-boarding process.
• Maintain respectful relationships in the team.
• Look presentable and wear a uniform provided by the employer.

Salary

• AED3,000.00- AED6,000.00 base salary plus commission per month.
