Your role and work environment

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Strategy Partner to join our CEO Office Team. The Strategy Partner has a high-impact role within the CEO Office, reporting directly to the CEO Office Lead. As a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership, you will play a key role in shaping the bank’s long-term vision, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring execution at scale. This is not just a planning role; it’s about turning strategy into action, navigating complexity, and driving business transformation in a fast-evolving digital banking landscape.

Your key responsibilities
  • Cross‑Functional Coordination & Project Management – work across teams ensuring a seamless execution of strategic priorities.
  • Act as the voice of strategy – ensure business units stay aligned with the bank’s long‑term vision.
  • Performance & Impact Assessment – track key business performance metrics and measure the success of strategic initiatives.
  • Provide high‑level reports and insights for the CEO executive committee and Spain Management Council.
  • Stakeholder & Investor Engagement – support the CEO Office Lead in preparing stakeholder meetings of the CEO (Advisory Board, MBB, Regulator, institutional agenda).
  • Play a critical role in shaping the bank’s external narrative and positioning within the banking sector.
  • One Crew Pace monitoring – work with the CEO Office Lead to gain speed on strategy execution.
