Revolut is looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to shape the Hungary branch, solving complex problems at scale and enabling compliant growth.

You will work with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing across Europe to implement efficient processes.

The role requires 5+ years in a fast-paced environment, Hungarian fluency, and a proven track record of leading end-to-end projects.

At least a 2:1 degree from a top university.
5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally financial services or management consulting in the Hungarian market.
Fluency in Hungarian.
Experience managing risk, compliance, and outsourcing operations.
A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end.
The ability to break complex problems into smaller ones.
Natural curiosity and a willingness to make an impact.

Acting as a key stakeholder for the branch in Hungary.
Overseeing day-to-day 1st line of defence functions of the branch, including governance, interactions with regulators, and oversight of BAU operations.
Providing adequate oversight and accountability with respect to outsourced functions.
Executing scale operations and working with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing) in Lithuania, London, and our other global offices.
Monitoring country-specific risk incidents, conduct issues, and their resolution timelines, and liaising with the relevant service owners, ensuring proper controls are placed.
