Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field, with 7+ years in strategy or consulting, and strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Strategy Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in executing strategic plans, driving innovation, and achieving measurable results. You will lead and motivate a team of professionals, manage diverse projects, and collaborate across departments to achieve strategic objectives.

In your day to day you will:

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Take full responsibility for leading proposals and projects from conception to implementation, ensuring all milestones and objectives are met through clear planning and regular monitoring. Support strategic business projects by providing valuable insights and analysis, contributing to understanding business objectives and contexts.

• Team Leadership: Skilled in leading and motivating mid-sized teams to achieve goals and foster a productive environment. Experienced in mentoring and developing future leaders, nurturing talent within the organization to sustain long-term growth and success.

• Innovation & Creativity: Demonstrates the ability to support and execute innovative ideas effectively. Encourages creative solutions within the team environment. Develops and progresses ideas and creative solutions to existing problems.

• Collaboration & Communication: Leads with initiative by identifying opportunities for improvement and driving positive changes within the organization. Coordinates cross-functional teams effectively, ensuring clear communication and collaboration to achieve project success.

• Continuous Improvement: Keeps abreast of industry trends and new technologies. Actively pursues continuous development in emerging areas to offer cutting-edge solutions, complemented by a comprehensive understanding of global business dynamics for strategic planning and competitive positioning.

**The ideal candidate **

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree highly valuable.

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or a related field.

• Extensive experience in operational models and change management projects, with a strong ability to assess, implement, and optimize strategies for organizational transformation

• Proven track record of successfully executing strategic plans and achieving measurable results.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage projects effectively, and work independently.

• Proficient in using performance measurement tools, analyzing KPIs, and utilizing data analytics.
