Job summary

Airbus Crisa in Tres Cantos (Madrid area) seeks a Supplier Quality Manager to oversee contract execution and supplier performance. You will coordinate across stakeholders, manage quality plans, and drive corrective actions to protect production on Space programs.

The role requires 2+ years in supplier quality management, SAP knowledge, and the ability to interface with suppliers and higher management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• Spanish and English negotiation level; French valuable.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supplier quality management.
• Knowledge in electronic components, mechanical parts and electronics manufacturing.
• Experience dealing with customers or suppliers and interface with upper management.
• SAP knowledge and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract execution and supplier quality performance.
• Control supplier activities and understand supplier scope.
• Coordinate interfaces with stakeholders and MFT.
• Lead corrective action plans to prevent reoccurrences.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive improvements on live programs.
• Define supplier quality plans, audits and surveillance.
• Lead Vendor Review Board and participate in MFTs.
• Contribute to commodity strategy and supplier development.
